PLEASE NOTE: Only items in stock are visible on the website. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means orders are unable to be canceled. Please be aware that Items may ship from different facilities, but are shipped from the location closest to you, reducing shipping costs, time, and carbon emissions (yay!)

Normal processing time is between 3-7 business days after receipt of order and payment, as each item is made to order. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email. Shipping + delivery times usually occur between 3-7 business days after processing and fulfillment. This is an estimated time and not a guarantee, as delivery times may vary. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE PRIOR TO CHECK OUT TO AVOID DELAYS OR ISSUES!
kindness is the movement is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. kindness is the movement is not responsible for delays in shipping from the processing facility. Please be aware that during holidays and special sales events and/or promotions, processing and shipping times may be increased or delayed.
Once your order has shipped and arrived at USPS / UPS / FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Again, orders may ship from different facilities but generally will be shipped from the location closest to you.
Returns + refunds
kindness is the movement wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and love it! However, all items are special order / made to order and are final sale with the exception of the following:
Quality concern / defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival. If you receive your item(s) and they are defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the item(s), making sure the defect, misprint, or damage is clearly shown [multiple pictures and angles are best], and send them to kindnessisthemovement @ gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Wrong item(s). If you receive an order with items that different than what was purchased, please take a clear photo of the item(s), making sure the design is clearly shown, and email them to kindnessisthemovement @ gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
You may only return undamaged [if wrong product], unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund with the exception of a few categories listed below. To start the refund process, please follow the below steps:
Contact: Please contact the kindness is the movement customer support team at kindnessisthemovement @ gmail.com with “damage or wrong item(s)” in the subject line along with your order number, photograph(s), and the reason for your return, and it’ll get sorted out for you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the team to get back to you. If the item(s) is shown to be defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong then you will move to step 2 below.
Return Instructions: Detailed instructions will be emailed to you on how to send your item back. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ship your return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to the address in the return instructions using your preferred shipping method. Please note, orders over $100 that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item(s) have been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
